 Enjoy the benefits of a unique yoga program created just for you. Improve your health, reduce stress, and rejuvenate your spirit by practicing a gentle form of yoga that benefits people of all ages, all sizes, and all levels of experience. Or, if you prefer, engage in an intense, flowing form of yoga intended to stretch and strengthen your physical, mental and emotional capacities.

 No matter where you'd like your yogic path to lead, during private sessions your personal needs and goals will dictate the course, pace, and form of your yoga experience.

 Learn individually in the privacy of your own home via Zoom, or even possibly in person - in your home - if time and location permit. If you prefer a more communal experience, invite friends to enjoy sessions with you at a discounted group rate.  Semi-private (group) sessions can be done with up to 6 people.  Yoga parties can also be arranged upon request.

 Daytime and evening appointments are available, several days each week. Please contact me for private session rates and scheduling.
